Questions and answers
Is this the official Cadbury website?
No. This is an independent, unofficial gift guide. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Cadbury or Mondelez International. Cadbury is a trademark of Mondelez. Cadbury’s own website is cadbury.co.uk.
Who runs this site?
The Cadbury Christmas Guide is owned by Steven Smith, who runs a small group of independent UK gift and guide websites. See About this guide.
Where do the product details come from?
From Cadbury’s own product pages, the listings of UK supermarkets such as Tesco and Asda, and Cadbury Gifts Direct (a gift shop run under licence). Each product page links to its sources and shows the date we checked them. Products change, so always check the pack or listing too.
Why don’t you show prices?
Prices change often and differ between sellers, so any price we showed would soon be wrong. The Amazon links open Amazon.co.uk, where you can see the current price, the seller and delivery options.
How do the Amazon links work?
Most links open an Amazon.co.uk search for the product, so you can compare sizes and sellers. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases — the price you pay is the same. Read the affiliate disclosure.
Have you tasted or tested these products?
No. We haven’t tested the products for this guide and we don’t give star ratings. We describe what the maker and retailers say is in each one.
Why do some products not say how many pieces or doors they have?
Many product pages don’t state the number of pieces or doors, so we leave it out rather than guess. Where we’ve worked a number out (for example, the 90g advent calendar), the product page says how.
Is Cadbury chocolate suitable for someone with an allergy?
Cadbury milk chocolate contains milk, and many products contain nuts or wheat or carry “may contain” warnings. Always check the label or listing. Our allergy and storage tips explain how UK labels show allergens.
Can you help with my order or delivery?
We don’t sell anything, so we can’t see or change orders. For an Amazon order, contact Amazon or the seller through your Amazon account. For questions about a product itself, use the contact details on the pack.
